Briliance for Business was founded by Principal Melissa Austin in 2010 from humble beginnings at her home office, the plan was always to work a few hours here and there between the kids growing up. Fast forward to now and the business has grown exponentially on the back of Mel’s family friendly, down-to- earth and practical nature that very much extends to her clients also mixing business and family.

All of our team, no matter what their position, are dedicated to positively changing the lives of our clients in a fun and exciting way. From our family friendly working environment where team members little ones enjoy our in-house play facilities to flexi-time for those important family events, to our fun end of year functions, our team understand and thrive in today’s modern challenge of combining business/professional life, raising a young family and most importantly – having fun along the way!
